Romondo Porchia brings over a decade of leadership across corrections, education, faith-based ministry, chaplaincy, and human services, uniting experience with a passion for people.

His career began with the Alabama Department of Corrections, initially serving as a correctional officer and subsequently as a senior chaplain for the Florida Department of Corrections—walking alongside incarcerated individuals and staff alike in effort to bring light and hope into some of the most challenging environments.

​

He later advanced into senior leadership management in education, overseeing teams, programs, and student development while fostering environments of growth and support.

 

Alongside this, Romondo has held roles across the community, social service, and healthcare sectors, consistently building bridges between institutions and the people they serve.​​

​

As President and Executive Director of Integral Chaplain Solutions, Romondo leads with integrity, purpose, and vision.

Shaniya Porchia is a dedicated professional with five years of experience in human services and administration, blending a heart for community care with strong organizational insight.

 

Her career path reflects a commitment to service, beginning in the education field, where she supported students, families, and staff through both community engagement and administrative support. In this role, she helped foster environments where people could access resources, grow, and thrive.

Expanding her impact, Shaniya went on to serve with the Florida Department of Health, a cabinet-level state agency, where she contributed to statewide initiatives that strengthened public health systems and improved access to care. This experience provided her with a unique perspective on how policy, administration, and human services intersect to meet the needs of diverse communities.
